100 Word Challenge

Posted on Updated on

100 Word Story is the motivational trigger behind this morning’s post.

It is an interesting website and really brings out a different part of the writer that is trapped in me. To think of an entire story is one thing, but to convey everything you want to say in just 100 words would nothing short of miraculous for me.

As a good friend of mine, J.L. Pattison, always likes to tell me, “Mark, you are the only person I know that can’t describe a rose in less than 1,500 words!”

Well, I welcome any takers to this challenge, including my friend, JL. 100 words or less. An entire story. Keep it clean. Be brief. Be concise. Be not wordy. Oh yes, be writing!
